The Nude Look
As seen on the Fall 2006 runways :
Carolina Herrera
Vera Wang
Monique Lhuillier
Now nude make-up doesn't mean NO make-up. Here's some easy steps to achieve that barely-there look :
FACE :
Use a foundation primer/tinted moisturiser to even out your complexion. Those blessed with good complexion can skip foundation.
Dot on concealer to cover up any imperfections.
EYES :
Curl lashes and add a coat of black mascara. If you prefer a natural look, use clear mascara.
A light wash of eye shadow is optional. And make sure your eyebrows are neatly groomed!
CHEEKS :
Apply blusher for a healthy flush, and to bring out those cheekbones.
LIPS :
Finish off with a lip stain or gloss and blot off excess shine.
Voila ! A clean and pretty look that's easy to execute.

Spotted Online Today
During my daily web crawl, I came across this UK makeup brand called POUT.
I love their packaging !
Since makeup is meant to make us look prettier, it makes perfect sense that they should come in pretty packaging too ! Prices range from £6 for a lip balm to £22 for foundation.
Incidentally, Pout reminds me of Paul & Joe products (available here). They both sport floral designs in pretty colours on their products (as shown below) :
So, would their packaging tempt you into making a purchase?
